Pickup & Refund Policy

Every Ballin By Nature order is handcrafted in small batches and made fresh just for you.

Order Notice

Orders require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before pickup.

Pickup

Customers are responsible for arriving during their selected pickup window.

If you cannot make your scheduled pickup, please contact us as soon as possible.

Unclaimed Orders

Orders not picked up within 7 days of the scheduled pickup date may be discarded without a refund due to the perishable nature of our products.

Refunds

Because every order is made specifically for each customer:

  • All sales are final once production begins.

  • Refunds are not available for missed pickups or changes of mind.

  • If we make an error with your order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll work to make it right.

Cottage Food Notice

Ballin By Nature is a registered California Cottage Food Operation.

Our products are prepared in a private home kitchen that has not been subject to routine government food safety inspection.

Some products may contain or be prepared in a kitchen that processes:

  • Tree Nuts (including almonds)

  • Coconut
